⚠️ SafetyRip currents present near rocky outcrops at each end of the bay. Hazards include shallow sharp rocks and coral reefs (especially at Monaliza Point and Carrile Point). Moderate paddling current reported. Water quality can be poor from urban pollution sources, notably at Carrile Point. Lifeguards are present in the central zone — beginners should stay there where currents are weakest. Always follow surf etiquette and wear a leash on board.
