An authentic Spanish roasting house set within a stunning 9.4-hectare farm inspired by Taal Volcano in Cavite. Co-owned by chef Chele Gonzalez and led by Chef Rodrigo Osorio, the restaurant's centerpiece is the Maestro oven—a 4-ton, wood-fired Horno Castellano Jumaco, the only one of its kind in Asia. Ingredients are sourced directly from Spain to deliver dishes that balance rustic simplicity with remarkable depth.
