The Philippines' only two-Michelin-starred restaurant, led by British-Filipino chef Josh Boutwood. An intimate 24-seat counter dining experience at Ayala Triangle Gardens, where Boutwood's tasting menu blends his multicultural heritage—British, Filipino, and Spanish influences—into theatrical, multi-course performances. Every four months a new thematic menu emerges, featuring premium ingredients flown in from Japan, with intricate presentations and bold, layered flavors.

✨ VibeAn intimate 24-seat chef's counter experience where dining becomes theater. Minimalist design in black, copper, and grey frames an open kitchen where the brigade plates dishes right in front of guests, creating a personal, interactive culinary performance.
