A marine sanctuary off the coast of Moalboal, Cebu, known for its vibrant coral gardens, sea turtle population, and excellent snorkeling and diving. The protected reef has been recovering beautifully, with diverse marine life including reef sharks, rays, and hundreds of fish species.
