The best place in the Philippines for swimming and diving with whale sharks. From January to April, these gentle giants frequent the shallow waters of Donsol Bay in Sorsogon, attracted by seasonal plankton blooms. Unlike Oslob, Donsol's encounters are entirely natural and ethical, making it the preferred destination for responsible whale shark tourism.
